Oooh, yum! Maybe some sundried tomatoes? One cuisine that Boston does right is Italian... so you could pair the fresh tomatoes (while they last) with some mozzarella and charcuterie. The North End has some incredible meat shops.
I usually go to Lionette's, since it's close to my hood - the owner there is full of good ideas and a salty attitude, which I like. I'm thinking some sort of combination between the oven/sundried tomatoes? Since I can't put anything plant-related outside without the birds and rodents getting to it in 5 minutes.
